First dates can be awkward. You’re each trying to make a great first impression, but deciding on whether there will be a date number two depends on what you learn about each other. As older folks, we don’t want to waste time with people who do not make us happy.
I am a bit on the older side. I haven’t dated in nearly 40 years if that tells you anything. The thought of meeting someone face to face is kind of scary. I hope to find new friends who are fun to be around, who make me laugh and with whom I have shared interests. I hope we find things we can connect through and have in common.
So I came up with a few first date questions for us older folks to help get through those first date jitters.
So will date number two even be a possibility? Who knows? The most important part is to have fun – otherwise, what’s the point? Enjoy!
